Amanah US Inc. is solely responsible for:
- The Amanah mission
- Certification standards
- Community programs
- Youth and scholarship initiatives
- Masjid support
- All nonprofit activities associated with the Amanah brand
All rights to the logo, certification seal, and brand identity are reserved for the purpose of:
- Promoting honesty and integrity in Muslim business
- Certifying businesses based on Islamic ethical principles
- Supporting masajid, youth programs, scholarships, and community development
Unauthorized use of the Amanah Logo or Certification Seal is strictly prohibited.
Technology & Platform Management
While the Amanah brand and certification program belong entirely to Amanah US Inc., the Amanah Biz platform and app are owned and operated by NajBee LLC.
NajBee LLC provides:
- IT infrastructure
- Platform development
- Website and app management
- Technical support
- System security and maintenance
This structure allows Amanah US Inc. to stay fully focused on serving the community, while NajBee LLC ensures the technology behind Amanah Biz is reliable, secure, and scalable.

Use of the Amanah Certification Seal
The Amanah Certification Seal may only be used by businesses that:
- Have been approved by Amanah US Inc.

Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized display of the seal may result in:
- Removal from the directory
- Revocation of certification
- Legal action if necessary
Use of the Amanah Biz Platform
By using the Amanah Biz platform, businesses agree to:
